​The Bonus Tiers

​Your cash bonus is determined by the total amount of New Money deposited within 30 days of enrolling:

• ​Deposit $20,000 or more – Get $250
• ​Deposit $50,000 or more – Get $500
• ​Deposit $100,000 or more – Get $1,000

​Step-by-Step Timeline

• ​Step 1 (Enrollment): You must enroll in the offer by October 31, 2026.
• ​Step 2 (Deposit Period): Days 1–30. Transfer your external funds into the savings account.
• ​Step 3 (Maintenance Period): Days 31–90. You must maintain the daily balance required for your specific tier.
• ​Step 4 (Payout): Days 91–150. If all requirements are met, the bonus will be deposited directly into your savings account within 60 days after the maintenance period ends.

​Eligibility Rules & Fine Print

• ​Targeted Offer: This is limited only to individuals who received the offer via direct communication from Bank of America.
• ​“New Money” Definition: The funds must be money that is not currently or previously held in any Bank of America or Merrill investment account.
• ​Dropping Tiers: During the 60-day Maintenance Period, if your daily balance drops below your target tier, you will automatically be bumped down to the lower eligible tier based on your lowest daily balance. If the balance drops below $20,000 at any point, you forfeit the bonus entirely.
• ​Account Status: The personal savings account must remain open and in good standing up to and including the date the bonus is paid out.
• ​Limits: This cannot be combined with any other savings bonus offer. It is strictly limited to one bonus per account and per customer.
